Gloria Creamer, PT
Gloria is the proud owner of Creamer Physical Therapy since the opening in 1992. Gloria received her Bachelor of Science degree and Physical Therapy in Canada in 1975 where she earned International Certification in Orthopedic Manual Therapy. She is certified in Complete Lymphatic Management by the Academy of Lymphatic studies and certification custom garment fitting with Jobst and Juzo. She is certified in Applied Functional Science, Craniosacral Therapy and Neil-Asher’s management of the frozen shoulder.
Gloria brings years of experience and dedication to ensure the clinic maintains the highest standards and patient satisfaction. She balances her clinical studies with Pilates, her Grandchildren and learning Pickle ball.
Troy Aguilera, MPT
Troy comes from a background of sports. He has been involved in football, soccer and baseball. He continues to be involved in postgraduate studies with a focus on Maitland and Paris Manual Therapy. He is now on his 20th year as a licensed therapist. He has experience working in sports medicine, orthopedics, post surgical rehab, postural re-correction and functional rehab. When not working he spends his time with his family. He also stays active with surfing, snowboarding, soccer and motocross.
Barbara Bowman, PTA, CPT
Barbara is certified in rehabilitation Pilates through Polestar, which is incorporated in our Physical Therapy programs. Private Pilates packages may also be purchased.
Barbara is a sport and exercise enthusiast, her favorites being surfing, cycling, hiking and snowboarding. She is especially interested in sport conditining and wellness, offering personal training sessions in the clinic and at your home.
Michelle Medicke, PT
Michelle Medicke is a San Diego native that received her Doctorate in Physical Therapy from San Diego State University. Go Aztecs! Michelle is a certified LSVT BIG therapist. She loves the outdoors and anything being active in the water, playing tennis, and hiking. She is very passionate in treating all types of people to enhance function and mobility as opposed to just treating one symptom. We’ve been given this one, amazing, beautiful, molding body to work with and it is her intention to help you move within it and create something amazing.
Carolyn Varner, PT
Carolyn has 30 years of experience working in Physical Therapy clinics and the last 16 years with Creamer Physical Therapy. She has attended seminars and webinars over the years on Insurance billing keeping up with the ever changing Insurance world. Carolyn loves to stay active enjoying boating, golf,gardening and time with her grandchildren.
Eden Tropp, PT
Eden is a native of southern California, graduating from California State Northridge in 1989 with a BS Health Sciences, Physical Therapy Degree, Summa Cum Laude. Eden is a certified Myofascial Decompression therapist. She has worked in a variety of Physical Therapy settings over her career: acute care, neuro rehab., SNF and Orthopedics. The last 15 years have primarily been in out patient Orthopedic settings, She has been trained in a variety of Orthopedic techniques. most recently Myofascial Decompression using cupping.Eden's main focus is patient centered care and education. Her personal interests are sports, travel and volunteering at a farm/animal sanctuary.
Alan Dong, Kinesiologist
Alan Dong, Kinesiology B.S. 2019 CSU San Marcos - Alan strives to stay fit throughout his life. He enjoys sunny San Diego, hanging out with friends at the beaches, playing badminton and ultimate Frisbee. Having experienced his own injuries, Alan understands the importance of proper movement and how it affects quality of life. He is committed to helping the Creamer patients overcome their disabilities.
Connor is a native of La Jolla and the son of a prominent Physician at UCSD. He attended La Jolla high School and graduated from Northern Arizona University with a degree in Exercise Science. He has worked at Creamer Physical Therapy during the summers since 2016 and in a permanent position since January 2019. He has a keen interest in all sports and has coached football at La Jolla high. He continues to study with future aspirations in the Medical field.
Gary is a native Californian. He has lived in California all his life except for 6 years in Hawaii. He graduated from Berkley with a degree in electrical engineering. His roles at Creamer Physical Therapy are Information Technology (IT) Manager and Front Office Manager. As an IT Manager he maintains the computer systems and network for the clinic. As Front Desk Manager he greets patients, collect copays, verify patient’s insurance benefits, and answer the telephone. In his professional career he was a Software Development Executive with over 30 years of professional experience in the software development field in positions ranging from executive management to technical contributor. He managed software development, quality assurance, technical support, and information technology organizations as well as corporate P&L centers, government and commercial contracts. His technical experience includes system requirements analysis, definition of system software standards, design and implementation of software and firmware systems, and software configuration management.
Maia is a native of La Jolla attended La Jolla High school and graduated from Cal Poly Luis Obispo with a degree in Liberal studies, She studied Taekwondo and has her black belt. The sky is the limit with Maia's enthusiasm and is most recently training for her pilots license.
