Every diagnosis whether osteoarthritis, osteoporosis, scoliosis, spinal stenosis, disc herniations are treated with specific programs of hands-on treatment, adjuncts such as traction, Ultrasound etc., appropriate exercises programs such as McKenzie program, Dynamic Functional Lumbar and Cervical stabilization, core strengthening, flexibility and mobilization exercises, Home exercise programs and patient education. Different diagnosis and pathology programs are specific to that condition.

Dynamic spinal stabilization program is the recruitment and training of the postural muscles necessary to stabilize all levels of the spine: cervical, thoracic, and lumbar, while performing daily functions such as reaching, lifting, pushing, pulling, walking, driving, hitting a golf ball, throwing. Muscle memory is first learned in simple movement patterns and stable posture and then progressed to more challenging movements and positions related to functional activities.
